Bio: Current Irish Long Jump Champion. National Medals: Long Jump Gold 2003(i), 2006, 2007, 2008(i), 400m Gold 1998(i), Triple Jump Silver 2001, Long Jump Silver 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006(i). Others:2nd ever Irish Man to medal at AAA indoors (Bronze 2006) Represented Ireland at 60m, 400m, 4x100m, Long Jump & Triple Jump. Europa Cup 2003, 2006, 2007 in Long Jump, 2007 in 4x100m Intervarsity XC Gold with UCC. UCC Electrical Engineering Graduate. Currently working full-time as a Project Manager with RBS in Edinburgh.
